All orders will be made and dispatched as soon as possible but please allow 28 days for delivery of personalised items. If you need an order more urgently than this, please contact us.
Please note that as all the items on this site are handmade, they may vary slightly in design and colour which makes them all unique.
We may change or discontinue the availability of any of our gifts at our sole discretion. Also, we reserve the right to cancel any order if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods that have been ordered. If an order is cancelled by us, any payment received will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Unfortunately, at present we can only accept orders and deliver items to addresses within the UK and all payments are restricted to pounds sterling only. Once we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. Please check this carefully and contact us immediately if there are any errors.
We regret that due to the personalised nature of our gifts, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange unless there is a fault with the item. We advise you to take care when entering personalisation details and check them on our confirmation e-mail. We will exchange gifts where there is an error on our behalf and the details differ from those placed at order.
